How we use your information

When you submit a repair request, Parthenon Construction Group saves the project and contact details you provide so a PCG project manager can review the work, respond to your inquiry and organize follow-up.

What is saved

Your property type, selected repair scopes, location, timing, occupancy, description and contact information, plus any optional property name, company, phone, budget and access details you enter.

Who can access it

Saved requests and internal follow-up notes are restricted to the PCG owner's lead inbox. Your request is not displayed on the public website.

Email about your request

When email delivery is configured, PCG receives a notification and you receive a separate confirmation at the address you supplied. Our email service processes those messages. Replies go to PCG. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
